The photovoltaic welding strip rolling mill produced by the flat wire mill is a special flat wire product used to connect solar cells in photovoltaic modules. It is composed of copper substrate and surface coating. Copper substrate is usually high-purity oxygen free copper or T2 red copper, with copper content ≥ 99.99% and conductivity ≥ 98%. It has good conductivity and certain strength, which can ensure efficient current transmission.

The Photovoltaic Welding Strip Rolling Mill integrated machine independently developed by our company is a high-end intelligent equipment specially designed for the photovoltaic industry. It integrates core functional modules such as fully automatic wire-laying system, multi-pass precision rolling, intelligent tension control, continuous annealing and double-station winding.


As the industry-leading high-speed, high-precision busbar integrated machine, this equipment can realize the full-process integrated production from ¢3mm copper raw materials to finished products (width 3~8mm, thickness 0.2~0.45mm), with a maximum operating speed of 250m/min, perfectly matching the stringent requirements of large-scale manufacturing of photovoltaic modules for high efficiency, high precision and high stability.

1. Flat wire rolling process (applicable to photovoltaic welding ribbon-convex ribbon integrated machine)

Paying off wire - multi-mode wire drawing - precision calendering - online detection and control - single-mode drawing - CNC stripping - high-speed tinning - continuous annealing (nitrogen protection) - constant tension winding
