RM-J type Reduction Rolling Mills are specially designed for precision diameter reduction of metal pipes and bars. It is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials. It is designed to achieve the purpose of reducing the diameter of materials through processing processes such as wire laying, heating, rolling forming, and coiling. During the processing, the rolling speed and roll gap can be adjusted independently according to the process requirements to meet the production requirements of different materials.


The equipment adopts advanced technology to ensure a high-precision, high-speed and high-reliability production process, solving the pain points of large dimensional fluctuations (±0.2mm), low efficiency and rough surface in traditional processing, and achieving an outer diameter accuracy of ±0.01mm.
