       The photovoltaic strip rolling mill mainly achieves ultra-high precision control through high-precision servo control system, advanced detection and feedback mechanism, and optimized mechanical structure, as follows:

1.High precision servo control system

       Servo motor drive: The upper and lower rollers of the photovoltaic welding strip rolling mill are usually controlled by high-precision servo motors, such as the EA180 series servo motors. These servo motors have high resolution and fast response characteristics, which can accurately control the speed and position of the rollers, ensuring complete synchronization of the upper and lower rollers. The synchronization accuracy can reach a very high level, thereby ensuring the accuracy of welding strip rolling.


       High performance control algorithm: Adopting advanced motor control algorithms, such as the high-performance algorithm built-in to the EM730 series frequency converter, it can quickly respond to tension fluctuations and accurately control tension stability. By real-time monitoring and adjusting the output of the motor, it is possible to effectively compensate for tension changes caused by various factors during the rolling process, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the welded strip.

2.Advanced detection and feedback mechanism

       Online detection equipment: equipped with high-precision online detection instruments, such as laser width gauges, online thickness gauges, etc. These instruments can monitor the width, thickness, and other dimensional parameters of the welding strip in real time, with a detection accuracy of up to micrometers. For example, the laser width gauge can measure the width of the welding strip online and input the data in real-time into the microcontroller system.

       Closed loop feedback control: Based on data feedback from online detection equipment, the rolling mill adopts a closed-loop control system. When the size deviation of the welding strip is detected to exceed the set value, the control system will automatically feedback the deviation signal to the servo motor or other actuator, such as the microcontroller system driving the stepper motor. Through the transmission devices such as worm gear mechanism and screw rod, the pressure, spacing or speed of the rolling mill are accurately adjusted to achieve precise control of the welding strip size.

3.Optimized mechanical structure design

       High precision rolling mill processing: The rolling mill is a key component of the photovoltaic welding strip rolling mill, and its processing accuracy directly affects the quality of the welding strip. The rolling mill adopts high-precision processing technology, with low surface roughness (such as Ra ≤ 0.02 μ m) and high shape accuracy, ensuring uniform and consistent gaps between the rolling mills, thereby ensuring the thickness and width accuracy of the welding strip.

       Roll wear compensation mechanism: In order to compensate for the wear of the rolling mill during long-term use, a corresponding compensation mechanism has been designed for the rolling mill. For example, mechanical wear can be compensated for by fine-tuning the electronic gear ratio of the upper and lower rollers, ensuring that the rolling accuracy of the rollers is always maintained at a high level.

       Stable frame structure: The frame of the rolling mill adopts high-strength and high rigidity materials and structural design, such as integral casting structure, which can effectively reduce vibration and deformation during the rolling process. The stable frame structure provides reliable support for the rolling mill, helping to ensure the positional accuracy and motion accuracy of the rolling mill, thereby achieving high-precision rolling of the welded strip.

       Pressure automatic adjustment device: Some rolling mills are equipped with pressure automatic adjustment devices, such as a system composed of worm gear mechanism and screw rod, which can automatically adjust the pressure of the rolling mill according to the size detection data of the welding strip, ensuring that the width and thickness of the welding strip meet the accuracy requirements and avoiding size deviation caused by unstable pressure.
