GRM Micro Rolling Unit is designed for continuous conversion of fine round wire into precision rectangular wire with narrow thickness range and high width-to-thickness ratio.

The production process integrates active pay-off, multi-pass rolling deformation, tension synchronization, inline dimensional inspection, optional cleaning system and precision spool winding into one continuous production sequence.
