Is the operation process of Photovoltaic Welding Strip Rolling Mill complicated?

2025-09-24

The operation process of photovoltaic welding strip rolling mill is not particularly complicated, but it requires operators to have certain professional knowledge and skills, and strictly follow the operating procedures for operation. The following is its general operating procedure and related instructions:

1.Preparation work: Check whether all components of the equipment are normal, such as rollers, bearings, drive belts, etc., for wear and looseness; Confirm whether the electrical system, lubrication system, and cooling system are working properly; Prepare the raw materials, such as round bare copper wire, and install them on the pay off mechanism.

2.Wire release: The busbar round wire is smoothly and quickly released through an active wire release mechanism. During the wire release process, the tension sensor feeds back a voltage signal to the frequency converter, which implements fast and stable wire release control based on the signal to ensure constant wire tension.

3.Drawing (if required): If the diameter of the raw material does not meet the requirements, the busbar round wire needs to be drawn into a specific cross-sectional shape through the drawing part, such as triangular wire. The drawing process also uses tension sensors and frequency converters to ensure constant wire tension.

4.Rolling: The upper and lower rollers are controlled by servo to roll the wire into flat strips in sections. The servo system can achieve high-precision position control and fast response, ensuring complete synchronization of the upper and lower rollers and ensuring that the size accuracy of the rolled flat strip meets the requirements.

5.Traction: The servo traction mechanism smoothly takes out the rolled wire to prepare for subsequent processes.

6.Annealing: The wire undergoes direct current annealing, passing between the positive and negative electrodes of the annealing wheel to complete annealing. The annealing tension sensor feeds back the signal to the frequency converter to ensure constant wire tension and speed, thereby improving the performance of the wire.

7.Winding: The torque motor is driven by a frequency converter to wind the rolled photovoltaic welding strip into a coil. During the winding process, it is also necessary to control the tension to ensure the quality of the winding.

8.Shutdown and maintenance: After production is completed, turn off all components of the equipment in the prescribed order, such as stopping the main engine and coiler first, and then turning off the cooling pump, lubrication pump, etc. Regularly maintain and upkeep equipment, including cleaning equipment, checking component wear, replacing lubricating oil, etc., to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
