For selected applications, the system can be configured with a 45° no-twist rolling arrangement. By alternating adjacent stands at 90 degrees, the rolling stock can pass through the line without twisting between stands. This layout enables continuous twist-free rolling and is particularly suitable for high-speed wire rod production and other applications requiring stable rolling performance and improved product consistency.
Compared with conventional rolling layouts, the multi-stand configuration provides better process continuity and more stable deformation control. The rigid mill structure, precise adjustment capability, and synchronized drive system together support consistent rolling performance, improved surface quality, and dependable operation under heavy-duty working conditions.
The Multi Stand Reducing Rolling Mill is suitable for a wide range of wire rod and bar rolling applications, especially where high productivity, stable section quality, and twist-free rolling performance are required. When integrated with reducing and sizing sections, the line can also support optimized temperature control and more efficient finishing performance.
